Enjoy being greeted by the friendly local dolphins that visit the Whyalla marina and coastline daily and enjoy an unforgettable experience. Local dolphin pod's live in the Marina, and with a special wildlife permit that Spencer Gulf has, you get the opportunity to spend time taking photos and enjoying the playful dolphin’s close and friendly encounters. A short boat ride around the local ore jetty is where you will learn a little about what Whyalla is famous for. Enjoy cruising close to massive ships and barges and learn a little about how it all works. During cooler months be greeted by the local Long Nosed Fur Seal colony that visit a special spot and allows us amazing photo opportunities while enjoying their cheeky behaviours. Our special license also allows us to visit inside a private harbour no other boats can access, to see a little history about the steel works and shipping that will amaze you on how big it is.

Enjoy a 45min relaxing drift with Spencer Gulf Adventures sturdy clear bottom kayaks, a short distance from shore.
