We’ve got exciting development works underway, with the Pinky’s Beach Club main tent closed for renovations from Sunday, 1 May. We can’t wait to share our new look, with year-round dining options and a cosy place for winter.
In the meantime, we still have you covered with delicious food from our Pop-Up Kitchen and Pool Bar. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back to Pinky’s soon.

With a $1M refurbishment now complete, a fresh new menu offering locally-inspired dishes and share plates, plus stunning views over iconic Pinky’s Beach, it’s the ideal place to unwind after a big day’s island exploration.

New Look, New Menu
Stage 1 of our million dollar renovation is now complete, with a focus on making Pinky’s the comfiest place for a family lunch or dinner – or event! – overlooking the bay. With a new shaded deck perfect for alfresco dining and all-weather restaurant, it’s a fantastic location for soaking up the famous Pinky Beach sunsets.
With Bathurst Lighthouse as your backdrop, choose from a delicious menu emphasising seasonal ingredients and island-inspired flavours (with a kid’s menu the littlies will love!). Designed with sharing in mind, there are plenty of options for all tastes.
Lunch highlights include fun twists on locally-caught seafood, and classic beachside options like fish and chips, burgers and calamari.
For your convenience, you can now order directly from your table with QR ordering, so you won’t have to tear yourself away from the view!
For dinner, expect full-flavoured options that complement the Island, with the best local and seasonal ingredients. Get started with colourful and enticing entrees and follow with modern mains that will have your tastebuds singing.

Located inside Discovery Rottnest Island, Pinky’s Beach Club is open to all Rottnest visitors. While you don’t have to be a guest to enjoy this great food experience, you might like to stay with us as well!
