Could chilli cider be the next big thing? We’ve found the coolest cidery in Western Australia, and it just happens to be right next door to our Discovery Parks – Perth Vineyards.
If you love a good craft cider but don’t fancy a hangover, we have found the perfect place for you to visit in the west.
Funk Cider is a seriously cool cidery, only a few hundred metres from Discovery Parks – Perth Vineyards in Western Australia’s famous wine and food region, the Swan Valley (just 25 minutes from Perth CBD).
Genius duo and brothers Dustin and Martin Michael create funky blends using cold-pressed apple juice to craft natural and preservative-free barrel-aged cider.
The wild fermented and fruit-infused cider boasts flavours like no other cider you have ever tasted and with names like SEXMACHINE vanilla cider and the JOHNNY CASH chilli cider, you’ll leave satisfied.
They serve up coffee and brekkie from 7am daily, delicious mouthwatering lunchtime burgers, and the cider taps pour from 10am.
